Complaints and returns policy

  1. The sales contract covers new products.
  2. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the retailer, the customer has a right of complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.
  3. The complaint should be submitted by e-mail to the seller at kontakt@complexsolutions-shop.com with the relevant form attached.
  4. It is recommended that the complaint should include, inter alia, a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) in which it occurred, the details of the customer making the complaint
  5. The seller will respond to the submitted complaint form immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
  6. Goods sent back as part of the complaints procedure should be sent to the shop's address listed on the website.
  7. The product for which a guarantee has been granted, information about this guarantee and its content will be included in the product description in the shop.
  8. The buyer also has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The wish to return the goods must be notified by email to kontakt@complexsolutions-shop.com with the appropriate form attached. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in undamaged condition from the date of receipt of the product. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product by the seller.
  9. The cost of postage in both cases is paid by the returning party.
